The rules of the attic

1. Who runs the attic

These terms govern your use of clockworkattic.com ("Clockwork Attic", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of clockworkattic.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Old enough for the attic

Only users aged 19 or over may climb into Clockwork Attic. By using it you confirm you are 19 or over.

3. Toybox coins

• All games run on virtual coins we hand out free of charge.
• A coin has no monetary value and counts as neither money, credit nor property.
• No coin can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and there are no in-app purchases.
• Nothing of real-world value is ever given as a prize.
• The workshop may adjust or reset coins, levels and features whenever it needs to.

4. No real-money gambling in the attic

Real-money gambling is neither offered nor promoted by Clockwork Attic, and nothing here links to a gambling operator.

5. Your workbench account

• The two locked worlds need a free account; the open one does not. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
• Your password is yours alone. If anyone else has used your account, tell us without delay.
• Your account can be deleted at any moment from your account page. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed.
• We may suspend any account used to disrupt the site, or that we believe belongs to someone under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions stay with the account rather than becoming your property, and they may be reset.

6. Using the attic fairly

Do not try to disrupt the site, run automated tools against it, offer coins for trade, or allow anyone under 19 to use it.

7. When the clockwork stops: availability and liability

The site comes “as is”. Any part of it may be changed or withdrawn by us. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights stay unaffected.

8. Ontario law and these attic terms

The laws of the Province of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applying there, govern these terms.
